Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of the WhereUBro website and app, whose owner is MoleCorp Esports S.L., and the service it provides: sharing your location, on request and with the people you choose, inside groups called circles.

Terms of use

Access is free, apart from the cost of your internet connection. Whoever uses it undertakes to do so in accordance with the law and in good faith. The full conditions are in the Terms of service.

Intellectual property

The code, the design, the text and the WhereUBro brand belong to MoleCorp Esports S.L. or to those who licensed them to it.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). OpenStreetMap is an independent project; it neither endorses this app nor has any connection with it.

Liability

MoleCorp Esports S.L. is not liable for damage arising from the service being unavailable or discontinued, nor for the accuracy of the position a phone returns, which depends on its GPS, its signal and its operating system.

To be perfectly clear: this is not an emergency service, nor a security service, nor a tracker for critical situations. It does not replace 112 or any assistance service. Do not use it as though someone's safety depended on an answer arriving.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. To settle any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that are competent at law; if you are a consumer, the venue legally available to you will apply, and no other may be imposed on you.
